Honestly, I think the best to be confident during a speech is to be actually passionate about it
That you feel like you're here to do more than five information but to inspire people
And you know, that kind of attitude is like a fire that keeps you going
I just sort of look just above everyone's heads (not high enough so it looks like I'm avoiding eyecontact) and kinda pretend they're not there. Then I take breaks every so often to have direct eye contact then switch back to looking just above their heads.
