Whether a cause of death is technically listed as gunshot or massive trauma to the heart makes no difference to the dead victim.
By your logic no one dies from automobile accidents; they are simply weakened to the point that internal bleeding is what kills them.
So then pushing someone off a cliff isn't murder because it's not the fall that gets you, it's the sudden stop at the end?

The car accident I agree with but the second part is still murder. Otherwise making a trap that kills someone isn't murder. It isn't the push that killed them that's correct but the push led to the fall that led to the impact which was your intention ergo it's murder.
Aaaaaand the acquired immune deficiency syndrome led to the cold which led to the bronchial infection which led to the pneumonia which led to death. I think the point is AIDS kills.

Hmm... I see your point but the Aids never had the intent to kill like the murderer and you wouldn't the ice on the road killed a driver, you'd say that the tree killed him. So can you truely say that it was the Aids that killed?
That photo is epic - especially when you consider it was either a Polaroid or it had to be taken to the store and developed so you had no idea it actually came out so good!
