Yes he did, but he wasn't accepted. And if you look at some of his paintings you can sort of see why

No, they were average. I read somewhere that if he had taken highschool art, he would've finished with a grade C at best.

Hitler wanted to go to art school, but was never admitted because his paintings, while technically kind of reasonable, were unimaginative as heck. Kind of the same here. Bush kind of knows how to paint, but is not talented nor imaginative in any way.

If you look at Hitler's paintings, while stylistically correct, they show little reverence to perspective. Either way, this has no bearing on Bush's paintings or policies.
