Guys, it's all in fun. I may not find their canons to my liking, but it can be really neat seeing what these people come up with! Theorizing can be so much fun! That's why I love watching film theory and game theory on youtube by MatPat. Sure, the leaps in logic can be a stretch, but it's just fun watching how the explain it!
why does Tumblr have to blow things like this out of proportion?
like it's just a poor girl who was in way over her head. you don't have to connect it to Marvel or anything. this movie came out in 2004, which was before Disney bought Pixar and before Disney got the rights to Marvel (I'm 90% sure of this).

ehh, it ain't so bad. people on the internet love to connect totally unrelated series in all manner of wacky theorising (see: Sans is Ness)
basically it's just Tumblr being Tumblr, and there ain't no changing that
I agree with banana. Why can't people just enjoy the movie, and not have to come up with crazy stories about unrelated topics to try and connect them? I mean,if that's what the filmmakers wanted to happen,or actually be apart of the canonical story, they either would have put it in the movie,or made some separate disks explaining it.
Thank you. It's nice to see people agree with me for once

It's like when you were a kid, you'd play with action figures or whatever and make up stories based around your favourite characters from whatever movie or TV show or game you were interested in at the time. (see: transformers toys) Now, those stories and games you made up were unbearably cringey - you were a kid, after all - but that doesn't mean you want to ban all kids from being imaginative, does it?
TL;DR Tumblr fandoms are just people who never really grew up and keep making up stories about their favourite works. It's annoying but it's too late to stop now.
