When I had Wi-Fi at my house,we were living in a pretty bad hood and I gave my password out to some of the neighborhood guys that I knew were chill. There would be 3 or 4 dudes just hanging around outside my house every day and night. Usually at least one would bring herbs. And I always felt safer knowing they were out there. So just for sharing my Wi-Fi, I got neighborhood protection and smoke for free.

While I appreciate the intention, I would never connect to a hotspot without acquainting myself with the owner. Honeypots do what honeypots do.
