But seriously, they may not have been laid yet... or it could be organs and the person doesn't know what they are talking about. Or it could be lizard cancer (don't know if they get cancer). Either way, I think, it's an albino lizard which is pretty rare to be alive this long in nature.

that is most likely an indo-pacific gecko. possibly mediterranean or house gecko. but i am banking on the indo-pacific. they don't need to have their eggs fertilized. kinda interesting they are uniisexual and reproduce by parthenogenesis.
