Cant see how that is wrong... I wouldnt want a homeless guy sleeping on my ground that i paid for i aint no charity. And it still looks bad for business, this is just BS. And there are alot of other ways ppl are trying to solve that issue...

An office building I used to do work in would let them sleep in the garage in the winter, but they started using the corners as a bathroom & leaving trash everywhere. Some homeless ruin it for others, and businesses need to keep their property clean if they want tenants/ clients.

Or somebody could have given it to him, or he could have found it. I'm not a fan of this type of activism (holding up a sign with something written on it for a single picture), but I work professionally with a homeless population and they are, by and large, quite resourceful.

I think it's perfectly fine. There are shelters to go to and ways for them to get off the street. I've worked with several shelters in the past and the only rules are they can't drink, do drugs, or commit any more crimes while they are living in the shelter. And they have to do 1 job at the shelter a day to keep their place there. So yeah. I'm okay with it if you want to deter homeless people from staying on your property.

I've done work with a few shelters and we had to turn people away because there simply wasn't enough room, especially during winter. So no, there aren't always shelters they can go to to get off the streets.

I don't really like the spikes either, but they're not there to solve homelessness.

I think it's right if they justify it by giving them a place to sleep other than the spikes area.

They're not meant to solve homelessness, they're meant to solve the problem of people sleeping where they don't have a right to.
