I'm left handed and I've never ever had my cutlery around this way...its wrong! Fork goes on the left and knife goes on the right. If there's a spoon it goes above.

I'm left-handed too. I'm just saying they could have bent the very delicate rules of cutlery to their advantage (don't know about you, but I cut with my left and then switch utensils when I actually eat)
