Janitor respect

Depends on the CEO. At one job I was at, the President of the bank (equivalent to the CEO) was awesome, and personally made the effort to get to know all of his employees, and personally handed out the christmas bonus checks.

Oh yea. My middle school had a Janitor that was just amazing. Mr. Gerald just randomly helped kids with homework and would buy us Soda from the teacher's lounge because Michelle is a bitch. He was awesome. Not even joking the entire school was sad when he retired.

Or the Peruvian immigrant at my school who worked as a janitor so his daughter could go to school at an elite middle school... Yes. Bless these people.

Although I've only had 3 jobs in my life, this has held true for all of them.
