It's not a dildo, it's a plug in vibrator. They're more powerful than the battery operated type.

Lol trust me it's not from personal experience. It's because battery's can only hold so much power but if it's plugged into a mains the electric current will be stronger and more powerful. Plus I read it up on Google when I was searching to buy myself one.
