I think every zoo personels should bring a tranquilizer gun with loads of tranquilizer just incase

The problem is that tranquilizer don't work immediately, so in the moments between when the animal is shot and the tranquilizer takes effect the animal can become more agitated and a danger to (for example) a person in the enclosure with it.
