Once in maths class i knew the answer to a problem so i put up my hand. For about 2 mins nobody else put up and i still didnt get called on to anwser. She waited until most people knew the answer and then she asked the people who didnt know the answer to work it out.

The reason she didnt ask me for the answer is to give other people a chance to work it out. They wouldnt be learning if the teacher got me to say the answer as they might not have time to work it out, therefore they wouldnt be practicing.
