I think they are different. Although way more modern than previous princesses and fairytale movies i think tangled is more of a still fairy tale kind of story while frozen is waaaay more modern being more about the sisters and breaking the pattern of the love at first sight thing. Tangled is also not about love at first sight but i think it is more emphasized in frozen.
1.) Frozen was the first movie to show women can fight. False it was Mulan.
2.) Frozen was the first movie to show loving sisters. False it was Lilo and stitch.
3.) Frozen was the first movie to have a woman who didn't need a man. False. That was Brave.
4.) Frozen was the first movie to have a man break sexy male stereotypes. False. That was The Hunchback of Notre Dame.
5.) Frozen was the first movie to have a seemingly good character turn evil. False. That was Meet The Robinsons.

Why do most of your points refer to what tumblr thinks the disney stereotype is?
This may sound surprising, but I actually don't have a tumblr. Or use it. I am merely pointing out the most common points that people worship about frozen. Certainly, it was a good movie, and it deserves the awards it received, but I'm pointing out it is not unique.
To me frozen combined all the points you are making and broke feom a pattern that disney has been breakung lil by lil. To me prince hans was a key element since that turn of events it is not common with disney. At least not in that cruel way being the prince and all. And more than meet the robinsons it reminded me more of shrek's prince charming. Btw who are you referring to in meet the robinsons???
