Why don't any animals have green fur, despite it being such a good camouflage

Thus, humans were accelerated to apex predator status (in part) by the ability to visually differentiate green and red.
The range of wavelengths we perceive as red is much larger than the range of those we perceive as green. [red=620-750 nm (130 nm range)... green=495-570 nm (75 nm range)] Which is why it's harder to make green than red.

it is also not as great camouflage in the winter season as many trees shed their leaves and the ground will often become covered in snow making the green animals easy targets i guess??
