Is this a new story? I remember something like this a few years back where it turned out the guy was high as shit on bath salts. If it's new forget the wall at the Mexico border, we need to wall off Florida.

No people thought he was on bath salts, but when the autopsy came back the only thing in his system was either marijuana or pcp. Id have to look it up

I'm up in the northern states so we didn't really get any follow up, so this is informative to me. How the hell much pot did he smoke to get to the face-eating level of the munchies? I need to look that story up now.
