It's pretty clear how to play but can someone explain the rules? It looks like fun

basically they have turns where each person can take one swing and they have to hit the opponent 3 times to win. And I believe they have to keep one hand on the box at all times. That's what I gather from what they're saying in the video

And I think they have to ask "can I hit you" before they take a swing
