In the case of a blunt, which uses a cigar wrap instead of paper, you will likely need to split a cigar and remove the tobacco. Depending on the group, dispose of the tobacco, or use as filler. Pile weed on the opened cigar wrapper and roll gently, but firmly until the weed is spread out as evenly as possible.
