I feel this would leed to centaurs not being around because this would cause shaken baby syndrome. Lmk if im wrong.

Well apparently baby centaurs can hold there head up just fine, in xena warrior princess tv show this woman had a centaur baby just barely an hour old and mommas helping her walk and the baby centaur is perfectly capable of holding her head up

why cant they just be lycanthropes? human form normally, horse form whenever, centaur form for battle
