Lol you're actually just comparing the US to mostly the UK. Besides, like other people have mentioned, the different countries in the EU are very diverse.

I feel the same way about organized sports...mostly football. These players bounce from team to team. Very few were born & raised in the area they play for. All the banter and superiority between the teams fans...it's just ridiculous. "The pigeons in my town can kick the pigeons in your towns ass!"

You can't do this... You can't compare the USA to ALL OF EUROPE!! That's unfair. If you're going to do this pick one country in Europe and compare it to the United States. I can Guarantee that it will still have more history than the U.S. sorry we just haven't been around as long as Europe.
