Yes but technically the stormtroopers would have died out in return of the Jedi once the empire fell. And this is set much further in the future so perhaps the new with lords have just recruited lots of soldiers

Also, technically (after a wee bit of research) the empire also hired small amounts of non-cloned soldiers, but only the better soldiers were hired, often but not always given speciality jobs such as pilots

@Guest, just because the emperor died doesn't mean the empire fell. Look at middle east right now, several dictators have been taken down, but that has followed by a lot of instability. Just because the ruler is gone doesn't mean the entire system has fallen. The genicoans have been producing clones for years (according to episode 2) so there's nothing to suggest that they stopped once the first wave of storm troopers died out (especially since they aged extremely quickly). To ecumin's point, it is possible that the stormtroopers are now a mix of clones and individuals hired so he could be one of them. But my guess is that the next 3 movies will parallel what has happened in the world over the past 10 years, with an evil group (i.e. ISIS) taking control of some of the galaxy.
