Yea, because it shows that you have bad taste and you aren't even trying. Its shitty, lazy, and annoying, do yes, it does reflect someone's personality. The "you don't know my story" shit is annoying, juvenile, and irrelevant. It will affect my view of someone, and it will also make a bad first impression.

It's fine if you don't agree with someone's outfit or even if you hate the outfit because it's skimpy or whatever. But saying you hate the person in the outfit is a bit much. But it's fair to say that it might leave a bad impression on you, but maybe not as far as to say you HATE a person for simply what they're wearing
