I wish dashcams were as frequent in the rest of the world as it is in Russia, so that we would have proof that there are dumbf*cks everywhere and stop saying sh*t like "Russians, lol, vodka, lol".

It's a lot more popular in 1st world countries. (I do know about the laws and stuff, but stil.)

It's funny that instead of enforcing stricter laws and license testing, they institute dash cams to see who's fault the crash is. It's a step in the right direction, but it's not fixing the problem, just observing it.
