that's interesting but how does that make the dog 'broken'? did you mean chronicly sick or does the condition have a name or...? i'm curious, i've never heard of such a thing before.
anyway, his owners deserve a medal for taking such good care of him. :)

I think the condition is called major oesophagus, but im not completely sure
