Part of the brain stem, jugular vein and a ear. But basically, had its head chopped off.

And instead of realizing what a cruel thing they had done to him, they paraded him around and made money off of him until he eventually choked on his food and died.

I don't know, the pain receptors are in the brain so maybe not....but still, pain or not, this is a horrific thing to do to an animal.
