It depends on what they were saying, if it's one of those people saying things like gay marriage shouldn't be legal. then I'm going to be an asshole because it's common decency to stick up for people.

If people are spreading hate in the name of religion then I think its okay to argue respectfully. But otherwise people should just leave it alone. And that goes for everybody, not just atheists.

I smell another attempt by religious extremists to silence opponents while continuing to stick their nose in other people's business, whether they are members of the same religion or not.

I just dont think i can adford to think like that
