I was the last one this halloween using this tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNQuZ4c34P8 it came out great! and it wasn't that hard to do!

The only hard thing was drawing that dots, btw if you are going to do this make up for halloween I reccomend to use red eyeliner over face paint it's easier to use
