This is the Kelvin scale, which is basically used for science because it has no negative numbers unlike C and F. This means 0K is the coldest temperature ever, or absolute zero. : )
It is believed to be if anything were to ever reach absolute zero, then motion itself would stop. It's never been seen because its nearly impossible to test
