My cousin lives in Winnepeg it a normal place, it's just closer to the North so it's cold, they don't live underground. It called Canada we can handle the cold.

Well I'm assuming whoever made this post is Canadian, and in Canada we use degrees Celsius. So yes, we are talking Celsius.

Canada is the land of opportunity! Come here and make lots of money with our great economy and buy a reasonably priced home in our stable housing market, then enjoy a long life of good health with our social programs and low crime rates and when you're 50 LEAVE THIS BARREN FROZEN WASTELAND AND MOVE SOMEWHERE CIVILIZED. That's my plan anyways in minus 50 Edmonton.
