She does this every chance she gets. Annoying, yet hilarious every time

My dog does that. She's also so tiny that she has a little bit if trouble getting the dog food and water without putting her front paws in it and when we let them eat left overs sometimes she has to get in the dish to reach the food.

Cat hair in the water. AND if you catch them they flip out and run off spilling everything

Cats are liquid.

Maybe that is not water...cat on Vodka...
