Hmmm I kind've did something like this but only in a different way. I was on a bus going home and someone sat beside me with his SONY wireless headphones on...few minutes later he took his phone out of his pocket and started scrolling down his playlist, then I realize we have the same phone. So what I did was, I turned bluetooth on and tried to connect to his and that stopped his phone from playing songs :D hahaha evil me :P

how does it work? being a cooling tower O.o enlighten me please...
