It's likely that this is a model home in a new home construction area for new home buyers, notice the fancy black sign on the left. Occasionally with these homes they don't place the driveway to the garage until after the residential area is completely built and the final homes to sell are the "model homes". You can't have randos parking on the driveway if there is no driveway to park on. Some model homes even lack a garage door. which i've been told gets added later, but i feel like the person who told me that was kidding.

This essentially is my experience with using creative tools other than Adobe. There are so many tutorials out there for GIMP, Krita, Paint Tool Sai, and Inkscape but you know that everyone else is using Photoshop and various other Adobe programs.
