If that were true the numbering sequence is wrong. The numbers should go up as you move down the islands. The next one down on the right ends in a 1. It was my mistake to think that was a 1 instead of an 11. However, shouldn't it be a 9 behind the 5 pump? Number 11 should be on the left, correct?

Photoshop. Note numbers on pumps. There are four pumps number 1 to 7. Why would 5 and 7 be on the first pumps?
