Here's the problem, Rapunzel's mother and Elsa's mother are sisters. Rapunzel, Elsa, and Anna have to be relatively close in age. Even if they aren't there is no way that any of child of Rapunzel and Eugene could be old enough to be Hans.

Can we talk about the way he is looking at Nani? He looks so heartbreakingly happy that she is genuinely smiling. But at the same time he has this look of sorrow because he knows that it is only temporary and the weight of everything that she has to do comes crashing back and there is almost nothing he can do about it. And he continues to be there and even looks for jobs for her when she isn't. By far, one of the best supporting character that Disney has ever made.
