Dismissing every opposing opinion as "orange man bad mimimimi" is exactly the kind of tribalist behavior as what you accuse others of doing.

Intouchables: 8.5/10 on IMDB, 75% on Rotten Tomatoes
The Upside: 5.6/10 and 40%
When will people learn that remakes don't work?

Reminds me of the classic conservative argument "women earning less is because of their choices but boys having worse results in school is because the environment isn't accommodating enough"

To clarify (since I see I got some down votes) I'm not a Trump supporter and I don't think the wall would be "great", I just made a reference to the second rhytm of the song and meant is as a parody of how he calls everything he does "great" or "tremendous".

I wonder what "our" thing will be. "The kids don't even know how to properly search Google anymore, they have AI doing it for them" or something.

Yeah. In today's day and age, it's more important to have critical thinking and sound reasoning. It's cool that you know your 70 times tables but if you believe that the Moon landing was faked because a website on the internet said so, you have a lot to improve. I guess it's understandable for old folks to be proud of remembering arbitrary stuff since they didn't literally have all knowledge at their fingertips like we do now, but many of them (now I'm just speaking from experience, absolutely feel free to disagree) also haven't learned how to reason properly, create sound arguments or think critically. I know it's a common trope nowadays that the youngsters are always offended at everything but I've deadass never seen anyone more triggered, more emotional and more prone to throwing unrelated ad hominems at you than an old person (my personal experience comes from meeting relatives and friends of relatives) with whom you express political or ethical/philosophical disagreement.

It's like the 7 tables but you just add a 0 at the end? Why would knowing this arbitrary thing make one a wise person? A monkey can memorize multiplication tables.

Exactly. "The SJWs are always complaining about everything so I'll make a video complaining about their complaining!" wow, you really showed them there! *slow clap*
The anti-SJW sphere has become so ridiculous, especially on YouTube. I used to think Sargon of Akkad, the most famous figure to emerge from this sphere, was a reasonable dude who just exposed stupid people but then I realized he just goes after low-hanging fruit, people nobody really listens to anyway. He and many others are making a huge deal out of a few tweets and pretending they're representative of all left leaning young people, case in point all the fake anti-SJW outrage over the new Doom game. They all used the same three tweets in their videos because there just wasn't anything else to affirm them in the position that "everyone" is so easily offended.
And then they also ironically make videos about "everybody else" making a big deal over some famous people's tweets. The hypocrisy is unfathomable.

You can make a joke about a racial/ethnic stereotypes without using slurs. I mean if your idea of comedy is just yelling the N-word repeatedly, you should maybe re-evaluate that.

Carrey has become something of a mixed bag recently. Sure, his antisocial rants are funny and relatable and he really just stopped giving a fuck about keeping a good image, which I kinda admire, or at least the ballsiness of it. On the other hand, as the other guest mentioned he's an anti-vaxxer and some of his rants seem like what a 14 year old edgelord would write.

@jasonmon The hospital has determined it. The problem was the law around it. Basically, the girl's lawyer was afraid she would lose the case and the rapist would get away with no punishment if she pushed for prison time (because the case was judged by a judge who is notorious for being lenient on rapists) so she accepted a less harsh punishment for him because chances were he would've got nothing at all.
As for the song @xvarnah, I'm a bit concerned about the line "what's in my drink", that just sounds rapey. Same with the lines where she's saying "I wanna leave" and he keeps dreaming about her "delicious" lips. I'd be creeped out if someone tried that to flirt with me. Plus the lines about how sad he'd be if she went and how could she do that to him are downright manipulative imho. But I'm starting to see your point about the girl's family's expectations. In any case, I wouldn't ban the song, that's just stupid. We can just acknowledge that is contains some weird lines and move on.

Lol honestly I rather imagine a lady with thin hair done into a very fake ginger/red dyed 60s flip hairstyle. And with sloppy eyeliner and red lipstick with slightly darker/mismatching lip liner.

Ok wow that is inappropriate. But yeah definitely not as fucked up as the rape case. The girl almost choked on her own vomit, she did everything right afterwards, went to the hospital for a rape examination where they determined she was indeed raped violently, and the guy still pretty much didn't get a punishment. I despise how the monsters with rich daddies get away with everything.
This guy deserves a press F for respect 3 comments

Happy Yule?
Since that's the pagan holiday Christmas is based on and which the Church decided to hijack and make into their own thing to get more converts. Historians believe that Jesus was born in late May/early June.
