It's always been the more talking in class thing that pisses them off. You know, after they do a horrible job explaining and they're either continuing to explain horribly or we're supposed to be working silently, then they get mad if you help another student.

Well, if you take out the padded walls and ceiling and replace it with normal walls or windows or something, then it'd be really nice.

I thought it was kinda cute at first, albeit a bit weird, but cute. You know, encouraging kids to think outside the box and to look at things differently but then the ending. O_o

What a guys' sleepover looks like 14 comments

We pretty much do the same thing at girl sleepovers (at least the ones that I go to). Screw makeup and pillow fights, give me a controller and some Doritos then I'm good to go.

guest · 11 years ago
Not always. I personally prefer the nerds over any "cute" guy (especially since glasses are fucking sexy). Also, I can't thruthfully say that someone is "cute" or "hot" unless they have a decent personality. So some guy comes up to me and says "Yo, babe, you sexy, dat ass baby" I'd be more likely to go grammar Nazi on their ass, be a bitch, and walk away. But being called beautiful (by someone other than your parents) is awesome, I WISH someone would say that to me.

This quote has never made sense to me. I mean, it makes sense and I understand it, but I wouldn't shoot ANYONE just because they handed me a gun. I mean, it all depends on the circumstances on whether or not I would pull the trigger.

When I try to photograph a beautiful full moon with my phone 2 comments
guest · 11 years ago
I was told by my astronomy teacher once that the moon actually travels in a figure eight pattern around the Earth and we just draw it as a circle because it's easier to explain. I don't know if he was correct or not, or if that was just a technique to see if anyone was listening and I've never been able to find anything that confirms or disproves his statement, but it's interesting to think about.

Dog logic 3 comments

My dog hates water of any kind. Once, when we were in a river, we were walking over some rocks and he walked right into a relatively deep open pool of water, I guess thinking that the rocks continued. He freaked out and refused to go anywhere near the water for the rest of the day.

I think what they mean that it's a more interesting or a better character. I mean, I'm an avid reader and I like writing and while I like heroes like Harry Potter better, as a person, Bellatrix Lestrange was just so much better as a character. She was crazy and interesting and always had you on the edge of my seat and I absolutely hated her (as a person) but I loved her as a character.

Man, when I saw the new movie about Steve Jobs, I thought Ashton Kutcher was such a weird choice as someone to portray Steve Jobs. I never knew how much they looked alike.
