It was for a school project in Gastonia, North Carolina that got blown out of proportion. Nothing bad occurred and the neighborhood dogs are safe.

What dafuq did I just read? This site is becoming increasingly filled with trolls and people who wake up each morning wondering what will offend them today. I used to enjoy this site but lately it has become depressing. Farewell to you all.

The Bill of Rights doesn't keep power away from government entities. It guides the government on what it can and cannot do. It helps keep the government in check.

And what is the part about keeping and bearing Arms? The Bill of Rights establishes what the government CAN and CAN NOT do. It's a two-way street. "Congress shall..." and "Congress shall not..." What power is not listed in the Bill of Rights is given to the individual states to do with as they will (within certain parameters) - the 10th Amendment.

You misunderstood my meaning of hiding behind the Constitution. And the 2nd Amendment is nothing but guns. "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed."

Yes, because hiding behind a "Guest" tag makes my point of view cowardly and invalid.

I think if she filed a report claiming rape, then she would get in trouble for making a false claim.

Sorry, meant to say "sharing your experience". Too often we here old, white men tell young women what they should be doing with their bodies and hearing it come from a female's perspective is powerful. Again, thank you.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics is non-partisan and can not "fudge" the numbers and statistics it releases, no mater how much you disagree with them.

Go and see Disney*Pixar's Inside Out. They play a short musical movie about a volcano who only wanted someone to enjoy life along with him. Both the movie and the short are worth your time.

In the United States Judicial System, the court CAN NOT force you to give blood to save another person without your consent.

I like how this post started out showing a picture sent to a wrong number and is now about getting rid of a rat's carcass. The internet is a wonderful place.

It boils down the 4th Amendment, which prohibits unreasonable searches and seizures and requires any warrant to be judicially sanctioned and supported by probable cause.

When you are arrested, the police have the right to take bodily fluid samples (ie, saliva, urine, simple skin tissue) from you for various legal purposes. For paternity tests, the court can have you turn over DNA samples to determine if a child and adult are or are not related. What the law cannot have you do is give blood, in any amount, to save someone else without your express consent. You could be vilified in the court of public opinion for not helping someone received needed blood, but in a court of law, they can not force you to give up blood.

Then you take the soda cans out back and shoot them to put them out of their misery. Oh, you mean the rats. You'll be doing a public service by ridding the world of rabid rats.

You could use the full cans to hit and stun the rats, and then dissolve them with the 2-liter.
