3 decades is 30 years. You can't be 20 or it would be 2 decades in this case

Someone explain to me where the washroom would be? I understand the rest but can't figure out where the washroom goes.

Oh and bagged water I've only seen in some Spanish countries -Colombia being one of them- cheaper to produce and sale compare to a water bottle and in small amounts so that you can drink it all at once. It works for hot countries.
