Calorie intake is not the most important. Sure, you have to control it, but if you are eating 1000 calories a day you will experience an unhealthy weigt loss

But weight loss does not mean you are healthy. He probably has a shit metabolism and isn't very athletic.

Are you 18? If you are, UPS pays $30 an hour for drivers. It is actually a very stressful job, driving all day, but it pays very well.
