These charcoal skulls were created by Japanese artist Sekisadamu. When Sekisadamu came up with the idea for his creepy charcoal skulls, he never really though about commercial potential. He merely wanted something cool to show off at the recently concluded Wonder Festival, in Chiba, Japan. But after posting photos of his creations on Twitter and inviting people to the festival to check them out in person, he got an overwhelming response – over 13,000 likes and almost 9,300 retweets at the time of this writing(Feb. 2019)– and started contemplating the idea of making charcoal skulls for the masses. The Japanese artist has already announced that he has set up a domain name for them and begun procedures to register a trademark on them.

Teddy Roosevelt is considered one of America's greatest presidents. He served as a New York assemblyman, the New York City police commissioner, lieutenant colonel in the Spanish-American War, assistant secretary of the Navy, the governor of New York, and then President William McKinley's vice president. After McKinley was assassinated in 1901, he became the country's youngest president at age 43.
In these times of bullshit cult's of personality, his famous quote is more relevant than ever:
“Patriotism means to stand by the country. It does not mean to stand by the president or any other public official, save exactly to the degree in which he himself stands by the country. It is patriotic to support him insofar as he efficiently serves the country. It is unpatriotic not to oppose him to the exact extent that by inefficiency or otherwise he fails in his duty to stand by the country. In either event, it is unpatriotic not to tell the truth, whether about the president or anyone else.”

Let me preface this by saying I am 100% in support of seatbelt usage. It's just one of those fluke happenings and definitely not an argument against seatbelt usage.
Years ago, my drunk idiot of a friend, was driving his VW bug, when he lost control and struck a tree. He wasn't wearing a seatbelt and was thrown clear of the car, luckily not into traffic. He ended up wearing a full leg cast for the summer but miraculously managed to dodge the steering column, which had pushed his seat into the back of the car. Had he stayed in the car, he probably would have fared a lot worse than a leg injury.
