They leave them out in the sun to both soften their colours and increase their value. Brand new antique rugs are ripening, lol.

If you feel this is for you, its about $35 Canadian on Bezos' gold mine. Here's the blurb for it:
"Satisfy your beast sized morning appetite like a true hombre with the man bowl. This high quality ceramic bowl is designed to look like a classic dog bowl and measures a massive 10 inches all around, while sporting a bold 'MAN' label on the side for added manliness."

Evidently, Father Knows Best, wasn't just a random old TV show title. "Looks like you could use a bit more lube, Princess."

Lot of interesting moments. The casual way he used that captive bolt gun, coupled with the obliviousness of his victims to their impending doom was truly disturbing. Then again, the silent shotgun was just laughable.

Yes, and they've got more current videos, only a few months old, where they're still dicking around with clear skateboards.

You're right. Polycarbonate is 250 times more impact resistant than glass, while acrylic tops out at 10. Also, poly can be be engineered to retain a degree of flexibility. Acrylic will crack if drilled close to an edge, poly won't. Acrylic is slightly more transparent and scratches can be buffed out as opposed to poly. Having said that, there was, a now defunct company in 2016, called Invizaboard, that tried to come to market, but ultimately failed. You can still find their bleached bones on Instagram. The boards were just too slippery, too heavy and too fragile.
Braille Skateboarding on YT has multiple videos of them trying out both clear plastic and actual glass boards to varying degrees of success.

I remember this quote well,
"No one knows, incidentally, why Australia's spiders are so extravagantly toxic; capturing small insects and injecting them with enough poison to drop a horse would appear to be the most literal case of overkill. Still, it does mean that everyone gives them lots of space.”
― Bill Bryson, In a Sunburned Country

My wife and I know the names of at least 3 times as many dogs, as owners, at our local dog park. Could be 4. Priorities.

The movie was a bit of a letdown, but the series was amazing. His deadpan delivery of passive-aggressive insult after insult was hilarious, as were all the guests' contrived reactions while playing along. I wish he'd do some more of them.
