Well it sort of is dark humour- hear me out a sec. First of all it wasn't called for or relevant. Domestic violence is a serious and overlooked issue yes that's why it is a sensitive subject. But sometimes dark humour isn't meant to be funny to everyone. Dark humour is the "viewer discretion advised" of comedy. (Your*, btw but that isn't important.)
