I love swimming, but I have a fear of drowning or getting caught in a strong current. I usually swim in a river.

I have a slight probes with obesity- I don't know what obesity is per se. I'm not thin- but I'm not grossly fat. At least I'm not sure. I don't have trouble getting up or breathing, or running issues (at least the kind we all have), and I do not eat fast food or drink soda. What is considered obese? Gimme your thoughts fellow people @_@
