If someone is "famously terrified of dogs", you don't "accidentally" bring your whopping great big black dog to a meeting.

He was comparing the Faerie to cats, in that people remember to glamour of faerie even though they are utter bastards, just like cats. They are terrific, in that they inspire terror. Terry Pratchett, the Discworld series. Deep, insightful and funny as.

I recognise that this is a joke, but just to be sure people know, the safety of gloves goes both ways; to prevent bacteria on the hands from entering an open surgical wound, but also to prevent infections in the patient's blood from entering the surgeon.

And this is why Australians don't have pet koalas. BTW they are NOT bears, just Koalas, they are nasty, bad tempered permanently drunk or hungover because the only leaves they eat marinate in their stomach and turn into alcohol.

I remember flying cattle class in the '70's. It hasn't changed. I never saw business/first class. I'm guessing that hasn't changed much either.

This happens every year in Hobart Tasmania, last year the highway was full for over 3 kms and nearly 10,000 bikes. Bikers of all types and all bikes come from all over the country to participate, its a fantastic event to bring toys for kids. Every year I see big burly bikers with teddy bears or fairies strapped to their handle bars on their way to the toy run.

Less than half of the country voted, and only just over half of those that voted, voted for him. That means roughly one quarter of the country voted for Trump. This is democracy???

Astrology (which is crap btw). What if someone is born in Australia in Aries but at the same moment a baby is born in the US (16 hours behind from daylight savings in Eastern Australia to non daylight savings in Florida) still in Pisces?

Most prescriptions are computerised because of the number of people who died because they were given the wrong pills, because the pharmacist couldn't read the handwriting. Working in a hospital, I can confirm this picture is 100% accurate.
