Maybe it filled up after I put my bag down. I wouldn't get on with a shit ton of people and spread all my stuff out so no one could sit down. if everyone was seated id leave my bag on the seat and if someone got on and asked me to move my bag i would.

I don't know, why not? If the bus wasn't full when I sat down i'd put my bag on the seat. Not on the floor incase i lost it under another seat and not my lap because its heavy.
