I think what this is saying is like not whiny little bitch tears but I guess..manlier tears? If you stop to think about it Bucky was enslaved and forced to kill people. I mean, they brainwashed him and performed surgery that I'm guessing he didn't give consent for. I think what the person who wrote this post is saying is that they want to see him show emotion. It makes the characters more human.
