Actually, Lucifer got cast out of heaven because he opposed God and thought that he was better than God. I see the man on the left as a business man based on his attire and formal hat, and I see the man on the right as a general of some kind based on what appears to be a medal pinned to his chest and how his shirt looks rather stiffer. The shaking of their hands obviously represents them coming together. I see the butterfly as the people and how we get hurt when big business and military come together, the eyes represent us all being able to see this injustice but still being to fragile to do anything when they (big business and military) are holding us down.
