I don't know if I necessarily agree with "no statutory rape." Because, I mean, there are tons of teachers (both male and female) who are habitually sleeping with/raping their 13 year old students. And if you ask me, that's even more fucked up than raping someone of legal age. I think the terms of capital punishment for statutory rapes should be a case-by-case basis.

Honestly, my problem with her is that it seems like she's trying too hard to get attention. Everyone keeps saying that she's finally able to just be herself, but I don't think she really is. I think she's purposely acting the way she is to get more attention and sell more records. She's like the Kim Kardashian of the music industry- doing anything she can to be on the cover of a magazine. She does have a really good voice, though, which is why it's so sad that she's acting out so desperately. But that's just my opinion, I guess.

Actually it does. Humans are complex creatures capable of understanding what is right and wrong. Animals are not. When he was hunting that elephant, he knew exactly what he was doing- he knew it was wrong, and he also knew the risks of doing so. The elephant on the other hand was simply acting out of instinct- trying to survive. Pretty big difference. So it's understandable to have sympathy for the elephant but not the guy.

Depends on what classes you take in high school. If you take rudimentary classes, then of course high school would be easy. If you aren't in any other programs/clubs/sports, then of course high school would be easy. Just because high school was hard for someone else doesn't make them "stupid".
