Why would anyone try to argue about this? This is pretty much exactly how it happens. Like, this literally just happened to me at work the other day. I was talking to a customer and another customer (who was black) came in while talking on his phone and within the first 30 seconds of him being in the store he made sure he was within my earshot and said to the person on the phone "Yeah, the lady that works here hasn't said hi to me or anything since I've been in the store. She must be racist." I WAS FUCKING TALKING TO ANOTHER GODDAMN CUSTOMER, ASSHOLE.
