There are plenty of women who have accomplished many incredible things this year, you just didn't hear about any of them because the media is transfixed on Kim Kardashian's ass and Donald Trump's stupidity.

I don't think it's so much that people are trying to get other people to feel sorry for them, rather it's more that they feel the Internet is the only place they can vent their true feelings.

I went to Honduras last year and all the little kids I saw kept asking me to take pictures with them because I have green eyes and they had never seen green eyes before. It was actually kind of cute.
